My name is Jacquie Mackenzie. I have completed 2 years in Art Education, had a B.S. in Business, and an M.S. in Systems Management with a minor in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Divinity. I graduated from the University of Arizona with an Ed.S. in special education and began my Ph.D. in Special Education with a minor in Language, Reading and Culture and Bilingual Education. I have seventeen years of teaching experience, two years of tutoring experience, and just over a year as Director of a Mexican border school. I specialize in working with ESL students and bilingual learners with special needs.
